Most squishies are handmade. All orders will be processed within 2–3 business days. Each item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.

Shipping Time & Regions

We offer worldwide shipping with trusted international carriers.

- United States / Canada: 10-15 business days

- Europe / UK: 9-13 business days

- Japan / South Korea: 9-13 business days

- All other countries: 15-20 business days

Delivery may face minor delays during peak shopping seasons, public holidays or customs clearance checks.

Shipping Notes

- Every order comes with a unique tracking number for real-time delivery tracking.

- Import duties and local customs taxes may be charged based on your country’s customs rules. All related charges are the buyer’s sole responsibility.

- We accept no liability for delays arising from customs holds, local postal disruptions or invalid shipping addresses provided by customers.

 

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the randomized mystery nature of our blind scoop game, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds based on dissatisfaction with the random styles or designs received.

We only offer refunds, replacements or exchanges under the following valid quality-related conditions:

- Your package arrives damaged, broken, or incomplete in transit;

- Any squishy inside is defective;

- We shipped the wrong item by our mistake.        

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please email us within 2 days at support@tooeun.com and attach clear photo evidence. We will gladly replace your order or issue a full refund.
